Mimi Tagher, LAc., LMT
Mimi Tagher is Nationally Board Certified in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology, and Oriental Medicine.  She received her Masters Degree from The International Institute of Chinese Medicine.  Mimi is also a biodynamic craniosacral teacher and practitioner, and a licensed massage therapist.  Her specialty is combining acupuncture with craniosacral therapy to help balance the body physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Mary Ellen Moore, BCT, VCSW, CCHt
Mary Ellen Moore is Nationally Certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Visionary Craniosacral Work, and Biodynamic Cranial Touch. Mary Ellen also teaches Advanced Biodynamic Craniosacral.  She has a BA from the University of Florida and is a graduate of the Ohio Academy of Holistic Health.   She is one of six on the Teachers Council creating teaching guidelines, criteria, and classes for Charles Ridley's Biodynamic Cranial Touch school; Dynamic Stillness.  She has developed and teaches classes approved for CEUs by the NCBTMB. 

Mary Ellen is co-founder and co-owner of Synergy Holistic Health Center.  She has additional training in visionary work, Heart Centered Therapy, and reflexology.  She created a lucrative life in traditional business design and consulting, training management and staff, and management coaching before shifting her focus to practicing and teaching holistic practices and philosophies. 

Her specialty is creating a safe space for stillness to infuse the client's body, mind, and spirit.  This is where and when personal empowerment, changes, and healing can occur.  More

Cynthia Allen, GCFP, BFL T/T
Cynthia Allen is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner cm and a Certified Bones for Life® Trainer/Teacher. She lives in Cincinnati, Ohio. Cynthia sees clients privately and teaches several classes per week in Awareness Through Movement® and Bones for Life®. She trains and certifies Bones for Life® teachers from around the country. Cynthia has been working in holistic practices, health care management and consulting for 25 years. Her practice philosophy has been molded by her own exploration for balance and health. She continues to use the work she teaches in her own growth.

Beth Hinden, LMT
Beth has been a practicing, licensed massage therapist for 15 years. She and her family moved here from Columbus, Ohio. Beth’s specialities include; deep tissue, myofascial, pregnancy, pediatric, and infant massage. She also teaches couples massage, and infant massage classes.

Charles Ridley
Charles Ridley is a craniosacral practitioner and teacher with more than thirty years of training and experience.  He is the director of a biodynamic craniosacral school (Dynamic Stillness, www.dynamicstillness.com) and has a private practice.  His first book; STILLNESS; Biodynamic Cranial Practice and the Evolution of consciousness is available through his website, on Amazon, and through Synergy.   Charles lives in Muir Beach, California.  He visits the greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area every year or two to teach classes, give talks, and to see individual clients. Marquetta Gunderson
Marquetta began practicing yoga in 1975 with the guidance of her mother; who was a yoga teacher at the time.  She continued gathering knowledge and training as she traveled throughout Canada and the Far East; practicing with many different styles of yoga from Lyengar to Kripalu.  In 1998, Marquetta received her teacher certification by completing a 2 year yoga teacher training program with Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario. 
She brings to her classes a common sense, light-hearted approach to yoga with focus on stretching, alignment, and stress relief through breath work and guided meditation.  Marquetta continues to learn and expand her training by completing workshops and symposiums dealing with anatomy, nutrition, meditation, and breath work.

“Kripaulu style” yoga focuses on gentle slow yoga postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques.  Some benefits of yoga are stress reduction, improved balance and alignment, enhanced concentration and awareness, muscle toning, strengthening, an increased sense of well being,

Betty Lubrecht
Betty Lubrecht is a Certified Tai Chi Teacher in the Sun style, Tai Chi for Health form. She has studied the Sun style for six years. She successfully completed a six-month teaching apprenticeship with a Master Teacher. Her training includes travel to China where she received instruction at the Beijing Martial Arts Academy and one private group session with the Kung Fu Monks at the Monastery on Shaolin Mountain.  Betty continues her weekly study of both the Sun and Yang styles with a Master Teacher.
