Nik is a licensed massage therapist. He graduated from Daymar Massage School in Northern Kentucky. Nik has so many interests it is hard to name them all. He enjoys a good conversation about almost anything. He is an excellent cook, and loves to travel. Nik picked up a few new passions as he Wintered in Hawaii this past year…organic gardening and landscaping. He is passionate about what he puts in his body and about spending time in healthy, supportive environments. Nik’s specialty is DEEP tissue and therapeutic massage. Nik is trained to assist with nutritional testing and nutritional support programs.

Kelly is a licensed massage therapist. She graduated from the massage program at Gateway in Northern Kentucky. You may find her next to you “on the mat” in one of our yoga classes as she is a dedicated yoga practitioner. Kelly practices what we preach! Her diet is clean, her thoughts are positive, she has daily yoga and meditation practices, and she is regularly seeking new ways to maintain and improve her health and vitality. Kelly begins yoga teacher training in July, 2016. Her massage practice includes Therapeutic massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial, and Relaxation massage. Kelly is trained to assist with nutritional testing and nutritional support programs.

Lance is a licensed massage therapist with a degree in Sports Medicine and Health Education. He is a professor at Gateway Community & Technical College. He is the head of the massage department at Gateway and has received the “Teacher of the Year” award there. Lance practices Therapeutic massage, Trigger Point, and is certified in Pregnancy massage. Lance integrates traditional and orthopedic massage, posture, education, and exercise to guide patients back to health and teach them how to maintain it between sessions.

Kim is a licensed massage therapist. She graduated from the Cincinnati School of Medical Massage. She lives a life supported by healthy whole and homegrown foods, and time in nature on her farm.
Betty Lubrecht is a Certified Tai Chi for Health Instructor. Tai Chi for Health is the only Tai Chi Approved by the Arthritis Foundation. Betty has been practicing and studying Tai Chi for thirteen years.
Gloria “Glo” began teaching yoga in 2005. She has studied several styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Flow, Anusara, YogaFit and Yin Yoga. Gloria completed a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher Training Program recognized by Yoga Alliance.

Her background in retail management and her interests in natural forms of health make her a perfect compliment to the Synergy team. She practices yoga and her future plans include becoming a yoga teacher and living in Arizona…”where it’s warm”.

Liz received her Master’s degree in Mind-Body Medicine from Saybrook University’s College of Integrative Medicine and Health Sciences. She is developing her interests in many forms of holistic health care. Her passion for organization, research, and project management allows her to assist Synergy with projects designed to better serve our current patients and expand corporate and public knowledge about the benefits of holistic care.
